Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) is a world wide phenomenon which speaks to the community’s concern over the environment and has resulted in a statutory “objective” of ESD for Local Governments and the Ministers for Planning in NSW and QLD to ....enable those best placed to maximise benefits or minimise costs to develop their own solutions and responses to environmental problems.”

The Discussion Pages below address some of the issues which must be addressed in achieving Those Best Placed Public Forum Mission to give effect to ESD and to become a Community Consultation Forum for  Bio Regional Communities who are its Public Members.
