Andrew Crowther - Managing Director
Andrew Crowther has served Local Government for over 30 years, most recently 3 years ago with Trans Tasman Energy Group (TTEG) Consultants as a Local Government Regulatory Consultant for over 100 municipalities in VIC, SA and NSW, in the privatisation and deregulation of the National Energy Market.
Andrew was engaged by Local and State Governments in his own business Satellite Surveys as a Geographic Information Systems Data Capture Consultant, and has specialist skills and experience in Local Government Governance and asset management, GPS and Satellite imagery, and is trained in good faith negotiation and mediated dispute resolution by the National Electricity Code Adviser Dispute Resolution Manager.
Andrew made protected disclosures under the Whistleblowers Protection Act in Victoria in relation to $250 M public interest issues which were never resolved.
Andrew worked actively for over a decade revegetating the Merri Creek in Melbourne, and was a regular annual Site Coordinator for Clean Up Australia.
In considering the capacity for the Ecologically Sustainable Development legislation to provide solutions to the clear and present danger to the environment, Andrew felt so compelled by its paradigm shifting qualities he "bought the business".
